What to Expect for Group IV Therapy

When you know a big event is coming up, let us know in advance so we can book your IV therapy when and where you want it.  Our nurses will call you in advance to introduce themselves and answer any questions you may have. Upon our arrival, it’s helpful if you have a ‘recovery’ or ‘IV treatment’ room set up so that our nurses can conduct their exams and obtain accurate vital signs from everyone in the group. Having everyone in the same room helps the nurses be more efficient while allowing you to still interact and be with your friends and family. Our nurses will monitor your progress throughout the event and make sure everyone has a pleasant and safe time together. 

Terms & Conditions

  • Booking and Payment: All appointments must be pre-booked and prepaid at least 12 hours in advance. Bookings made under 12 hours are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Travel Fees: Appointments outside Sudbury are subject to a minimum travel fee of $50, payable prior to the appointment. Fees vary based on location.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable.
    • Group bookings (3 or more) canceled less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
  •  2-Poke Policy:
    • If IV access is unsuccessful after two attempts, the practitioner will cease further attempts.
    • Clients may either:
      1. Cancel the treatment and receive a 50% refund.
      2. Opt to continue with further attempts. Continuing treatment under these circumstances nullifies the possibility of any refund, irrespective of the outcome.
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued in cases of emergencies or under the ‘2-poke policy’.
  • No Refunds: Refunds will not be provided if a client changes their mind, declines the full treatment or product, or experiences unforeseen outcomes like allergic or adverse reactions to any part of the treatment.
